Cancellations and Refunds Conditions

1. Order Cancellation Prior to Commencement
If you wish to cancel a project before any work has commenced, you must notify us in writing at: alec@alecbeatsedits.com
Provided that no substantive work has begun, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid.
For the avoidance of doubt, “commencement” includes internal planning, asset preparation, editing setup, or any billable preparatory activity.
2. Cancellation After Work Has Begun
If cancellation is requested after work has commenced, refunds are not automatic.
In such cases:

Compensation for work completed up to the date of cancellation is immediately due.

The Company reserves the right to retain all or part of payments received to reflect time, expertise, labor, and resources allocated.

Any partial refund, if granted, shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Company based on documented project progress.
Deposits are considered non-refundable unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
3. Satisfaction Resolution Window
If you believe the final deliverable materially deviates from the agreed scope, you must notify the Company in writing within seven (7) calendar days following delivery.
Upon timely notice:

We will review the matter in good faith.

We may offer revisions consistent with the original scope.

Refunds will not be issued solely on the basis of subjective preference once deliverables align with contractual specifications.
Creative services are inherently interpretive; dissatisfaction does not automatically constitute non-performance.
4. Refund Requests Procedure
All refund requests must:

Be submitted in writing to alec@alecbeatsedits.com

Include a detailed explanation of the basis for the request

Reference the applicable invoice or project agreement
Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account:

Scope compliance
-
Project stage
-
Communication history
-
Delivered value
Refund determinations are final.
5. Exceptions and Non-Eligibility
Refunds shall not be granted where:

The client provided inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.

The client failed to respond in a timely manner, resulting in project delays.
-
Dissatisfaction arises from factors outside the agreed scope.
-
The work has been fully delivered in accordance with the contractual specifications.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the Company to resolve the matter constitutes a breach of agreement.
The Company reserves the right to:

Dispute improper chargebacks

Provide documentation of work performed
-
Seek recovery of associated administrative and legal costs
7. Reservation of Rights
ADF CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published with a revised effective date.
