Orders and Payments Policy

1. Placement of Orders

 

Orders may be placed through our online platform or via direct written communication with authorized representatives of ALECBEATSEDITS.

 

All project specifications, deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements must be clearly provided at the time of order submission. The Company shall not be responsible for deficiencies arising from incomplete or inaccurate client instructions.

 

An order shall not be deemed accepted until confirmed in writing by the Company.

 

 

2. Order Confirmation

 

Upon acceptance, the Company will issue a written confirmation summarizing:

 

  • Scope of services

  • Agreed deliverables

  • Pricing structure

  • Payment terms

  • Estimated delivery timeline

 

In the event of discrepancy between client expectations and the confirmation, the written confirmation shall govern unless amended in writing.

 

 

3. Pricing

 

Pricing for services is determined based on:

 

  • Scope of work

  • Project complexity

  • Turnaround time

  • Resource allocation

 

Published pricing, if displayed on the website, is indicative and subject to adjustment depending on project specifications.

 

The Company reserves the right to revise pricing prior to formal acceptance of an order.

 

 

4. Payment Terms

 

Payment terms shall be specified in the order confirmation or service agreement.

 

Unless otherwise agreed:

 

  • Deposits may be required prior to commencement.

  • Full or milestone payments may be required before delivery of final files.

  • All invoices are payable within the stated timeframe.

 

Late payments may result in:

 

  • Suspension of services

  • Withholding of deliverables

  • Late fees where permitted by law

 

Ownership transfer of deliverables occurs only upon full payment.

 

 

5. Refund Policy

 

Refunds are not automatic and are governed by the Company’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.

 

Refunds may be considered solely in exceptional circumstances, including:

 

  • Material failure to perform

  • Inability to deliver agreed services

 

All refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of ADF CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC.

 

 

6. Order Modifications

 

Any modification to an existing order must be requested in writing.

 

Additional fees may apply if modifications:

 

  • Expand scope

  • Require additional production time

  • Alter agreed creative direction

 

Revised timelines may apply.

 

No modification is binding unless confirmed in writing.

 

 

7. Delivery Timelines

 

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

 

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by:

 

  • Client response time

  • Third-party service providers

  • Technical failures

  • Force majeure events

 

Delivery is deemed complete upon digital transmission of files.

 

 

8. Communication

 

The Company commits to maintaining professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Clients are responsible for timely responses and approvals. Project delays attributable to client inaction may result in revised timelines.

 

 

9. Confidentiality

 

All information provided by the client shall be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

 

Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where legally required.

 

 

10. Acceptance

 

By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Orders & Payments Policy and any related service agreements.
