Copyright Policy

1. Intellectual Property Ownership

 

All original content created by ALECBEATSEDITS, including but not limited to text, audiovisual works, video edits, graphics, motion designs, templates, creative assets, and proprietary workflows (collectively, the “Works”), are protected under applicable copyright, intellectual property, and related laws.

 

Unless otherwise expressly transferred in writing, all intellectual property rights remain the sole and exclusive property of ADF CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC.

2. License to Clients

 

Upon full and final payment of agreed fees, clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered Works strictly in accordance with the terms outlined in their service agreement.

 

Unless explicitly authorized in writing, clients may not:

 

  • Reproduce the Works beyond agreed usage

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Works

  • Modify the Works outside the agreed scope

  • Claim authorship or ownership of proprietary editing methodologies

 

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Attribution and Credits

 

Where contractually required, clients shall provide appropriate credit to ALECBEATSEDITS.

 

Failure to provide agreed attribution may constitute a breach of contract and, where applicable, infringement of moral rights or copyright protections.

​

 

 

4. Prohibited Use

 

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation of the Works is strictly prohibited and may result in:

 

  • Immediate termination of license rights

  • Financial claims for damages

  • Injunctive relief

  • Legal enforcement proceedings

 

The Company actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights.

5. Infringement Enforcement

 

In the event of suspected copyright infringement involving Works created by ALECBEATSEDITS, the Company reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under applicable law, including but not limited to:

 

  • DMCA takedown notices

  • Cease-and-desist demands

  • Monetary damages

  • Litigation

6. Client-Provided Materials

 

Clients represent and warrant that any content, footage, music, logos, trademarks, or other materials provided to ALECBEATSEDITS:

 

  • Are lawfully owned or properly licensed

  • Do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights

  • Do not violate any contractual or legal restrictions

 

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ADF CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC from any claims arising from unauthorized use of client-supplied materials.

7. Copyright Claims and Notifications

 

If you believe that any content created or distributed by ALECBEATSEDITS infringes your copyright, you must submit a written notice including:

 

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed

  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material

  • Proof of ownership

  • Contact information

 

All claims should be sent to: alec@alecbeatsedits.com

 

The Company will investigate in good faith and take appropriate action where warranted.

8. Reservation of Rights

 

All intellectual property rights not expressly granted in writing are expressly reserved by ADF CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC.
