1. Client Assistance & Support

 

ADF CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC, operating under the trade name ALECBEATSEDITS, is committed to maintaining a professional and responsive client support framework.

 

Clients may submit inquiries, support requests, or post-delivery concerns via: alec@alecbeatsedits.com

 

The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond promptly. Support is limited to matters within the agreed scope of services unless otherwise contracted.

 

2. Revisions & Post-Delivery Adjustments

 

The Company delivers services in accordance with the agreed scope and specifications.

 

Where revisions are contractually included:

 

  • Requests must be submitted within the defined revision window.

  • Revisions must align with the original scope.

  • Substantial creative deviations or scope expansion may require additional fees.

 

Post-delivery modifications requested outside the agreed scope are treated as new billable work.

 

3. Refund Considerations

 

Refunds are governed exclusively by the Company’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.

 

After delivery, refunds are not granted solely due to subjective dissatisfaction where deliverables conform to contractual specifications.

 

Each claim is evaluated individually and at the Company’s sole discretion.

 

4. Billing & Payment Transparency

 

The Company provides transparent invoicing detailing:

 

  • Services rendered

  • Applicable taxes (if any)

  • Payment due dates

 

Accepted payment methods are specified in the order confirmation.

 

Failure to remit timely payment may result in suspension of ongoing support or future services.

 

5. Ongoing Communication

 

The Company maintains professional communication throughout the lifecycle of engagement.

 

Clients are expected to:

 

  • Provide timely feedback

  • Respond to revision requests

  • Review deliverables within a reasonable timeframe

 

Delays attributable to the client may impact service continuity.

 

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

 

All client data, creative materials, financial information, and project assets are handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

 

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are implemented to protect information against unauthorized access.

 

7. Commitment to Client Satisfaction

 

The Company’s objective is to deliver professional-grade creative services that meet or exceed agreed expectations.

 

While no creative outcome can guarantee subjective satisfaction, the Company commits to good-faith collaboration to resolve legitimate concerns within the contractual framework.
